DILUBE - Hot forming Lubricants
Dilube is graphited lubricant developed for extrusion , die casting and deep cavity forging of aluminium at moderate tool temperature.
Advantages
- Dilube can be used to lubricate plunger and ejector of Die-casting machine at high temperature.
- When applied to moulds or liners in D.C. casting system , dilube offers uniform slip producing superior quality billets. It also extends the service life of the moulds.
- It has good parting and spreading ability on hot tools giving neat casting surface & reduces tool wear.
- Dilube product line includes oil, powder and paste form.
- Dilube emulsifiable grade , water dilatable, is available so reduced fire risk in use.
- Dilube sprayable and brush-on grade is clear graphite free featuring dry lubricious coating. It contains flammable solvent.
