SHEARAL - Sawing Lubricant for Aluminium

Shearal is an aqueous and lubricant specially formulated for sawing cutting and shearing of aluminium coolant billets, sections, parts etc.

Advantages

• Increases life of cutting tools and saws and protect against rust.
• It is water dilutable, hence clean in use and non-toxic.
• Residual traces of shearal do not cause discoloration during heat treatment.
• Reduces load on electric motors by reason of its lubricating property.
• Prevents welding of chip on to the tool giving improved surface finish.

Instructions for use

Shearal is supplied in concentrated form and should be diluted with water (preferably soft water). Recommended dilution ratio is 1 part shearal to 40 parts water.

Instructions for use

Not to be used without dilution. Reseal container after use.
